I am Allyfeel, I was born in Petaling Jaya, grew up in Klang and settled in PJ. I love all things related to art, design, fashion, and beauty. I believe in never ending quest for knowledge.

Payment

I accept bank transfer to my account at Maybank and RHB. For International client, I accept Paypal. I will ship your order within 24 hours after your payment has cleared.

Shipping

Please allow 1-2 days for order processing of non sold-out item. 2-3 days of delivery by our standard courier – Skynet. Chicsecret will not be responsible for items that are damage or lost in transit.

Should you require meet up for delivery, you are welcome to notify me. I can only meet in Petaling Jaya area.

Should you need assistance in packing your gift for your loved ones, please notify me. Gift boxes are available from RM2 onwards**.

Postage around West Malaysia is RM6.00 and East Malaysia RM11.

Refund and Exchange

I love to put a smile on your face. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify me in 7 days within receipt of your order and return on your expense for a refund or exchange.
